  7. Prep Mixes (par: 1btl on weekdays, 1gal wknds)
  8. Stock Bags for bottle sales
  9. Stock Dips/Pitas (check pull dates)
  10. Water pitchers on bar
  11. Stock Shelves
  12. Spot Clean Cabinets/Bar/Counter-Tops/Tables
  13. Candles on tables
  14. Wash Mirror
  15. Water Plants
  16. Empty ash Trays
  17. Arrange furniture inside and out

Evening

  1. Count Down Drawer
  2. Empty/clean garnish tray
  3. Stock Cocktail Bottles
  4. Clean/Cover Rim Dishes
  5. Wipe Counter-Tops/Tables/Cabinets/Fridge
  6. Wash/Put Away Dishes
  7. Batch Transactions / Register / Deposit / Vault
  8. Set Thermostat to 60/Turn off AC
  9. Clean Beer Station (empty/clean spillover)
  10. Turn Off Computer / Sound
  11. Rearrange Tables (if necessary)
  12. Daily spot sweep-mop/Sun sweep-mop everything
  13. Account For Daily Tips
  14. Turn Off Lights
  15. Take out trash
  16. Set mats to dry
  17. Scour sinks with bleach/cleanser
  18. Put money in safe/give to Jim/Ari
  19. Lock upstairs and downstairs
